Shipping Policy

Turnaround time
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST.

Shipping carriers
We currently ship orders via:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx

Tracking your order
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, it will be added to your order details and emailed to you. Please note that USPS First Class Mail may not always include tracking information.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You’ll see the final shipping charge at checkout before completing your purchase, so you can review and confirm all details before placing your order.

Delays and lost parcels
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons). We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@sukatrachamim.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the carrier’s policies.
