Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to assist.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and condition, and returned within 7 days of purchase. Returns for manufacturer defects are always accepted.

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@sukatrachamim.com to request approval and receive a return authorization number.

2. Send the item to:

3. Include your receipt and a short note explaining the reason for the return.

4. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, assembled, damaged, or altered in any way.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
