Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all lower-48 states from our warehouse in Kiryas Joel, NY. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories — but local pickup is always available at 73 Bakertown Rd, Kiryas Joel, NY.
How much does shipping cost?
You see the exact price at checkout — we quote live carrier rates for the actual boxes your order ships in, not a flat estimate. No surprises after you order.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in about 4 business days or less by ground shipping. The rate at checkout shows the carrier and expected transit time for your address.
Will my sukkah arrive before Sukkos?
Sukkot 2026 begins the evening of Friday, September 25. Order by mid-September and standard ground delivery arrives comfortably in time — but the earlier you order, the calmer your Erev Yom Tov.
How is a sukkah packaged for shipping?
In real boxes we can tell you about before you buy. A QUEEN 8×10 kit, for example, ships in 2 boxes totaling about 73 lb; choosing "With Schach" adds the rolled mat. Checkout shows the exact package count and total weight for your order.
Do I get tracking?
Yes — tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your labels are created.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, from our Kiryas Joel, NY warehouse. Choose local pickup at checkout and skip shipping entirely.
Do you handle large orders for shuls and schools?
Yes. Very large orders (over $4,500) are delivered by truck freight rather than parcel carrier. Contact us for wholesale pricing.
Is there anything you can't ship?
10 ft and 12 ft bamboo poles exceed every parcel carrier's length limit — those are local pickup/delivery only. Everything else ships nationwide.
Sukkahs & Schach
What is a sukkah?
A sukkah (also spelled succah or sukka) is the temporary hut Jews eat and dwell in during the holiday of Sukkot, with walls and a natural roof covering called schach, commemorating the huts Israel dwelt in after leaving Egypt.
What is schach?
Schach (sechach) is the natural roof covering of the sukkah — cut vegetation such as bamboo that grew from the ground and is not receptive to impurity. We sell it as flat bamboo mats, Kaynus reed mats, and loose bamboo poles.
Is schach included with your sukkah kits?
EZ Build kits come in "With Schach" and "Without Schach" options. "With Schach" includes a flat bamboo schach mat matched to your sukkah's size — one mat sized to the sukkah whenever that size exists, not several small pieces.
Is the schach kosher?
Our flat bamboo and Kaynus mats carry the hechsher of the Badatz Eda Hachareidis of Yerushalayim; Schach Hamefoar mats are mehadrin certified. What's the difference between the QUEEN and KING sukkah?
Both are EZ Build kits with sturdy metal poles and two-tone fabric. The QUEEN is 7.5 ft tall with 2 clear windows; the KING is 8 ft tall with 3 windows. Both come in sizes from 4×4 up to 12×32 ft.
Can I use the sukkah in rain and wind?
The fabric walls are made for outdoor use. Bamboo schach is a natural material — keep mats as dry as practical and store them indoors after Yom Tov so they last for years.
Assembly
How hard is it to build?
EZ Build kits go up without any tools — the poles connect by hand, and most first-timers finish in under an hour. The Magic Extendable sukkah simply telescopes to size, and the pop-up travel sukkah opens in minutes. Step-by-step instructions for every model are in our assembly guide.
Do I need any tools?
No tools are needed for any of our sukkahs.
How do I put the schach on?
Lay the flat mats across the roof beams and tie them with the included kashrus strings so they stay put in wind. Put the schach on last, after the walls are standing.

What size sukkah do I need?
Count the people at your usual Yom Tov meal and add room for guests — our Sukkah Size Guide has a full seating chart for every size from 4×4 to 12×32.
Do you have sukkahs for a balcony or mirpeset?
Yes — the 4×4 and 4×6 EZ Build sizes and the Magic Extendable (from 3.6×3.6 ft) are made for tight spaces, and the exact footprint is listed on each product page.

When is Sukkot 2026?
Sukkot 5787 begins at sundown on Friday, September 25, 2026 and runs through October 2 (Shemini Atzeres/Simchas Torah immediately follow).
When should I put up my sukkah?
Many have the custom to begin building right after Yom Kippur (September 21, 2026). Ordering by mid-September gives you the sukkah in hand by then.
