How to return an item
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 7 days of purchase (unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect).
Follow these steps to process your return:
Email us at info@sukkatrachamim.com to request a return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number.

Include a note with your return that clearly states the reason for the return, along with your original receipt.
